I don't have the ability to provide download links for third-party software. However, I can provide you with some general information about resetting the Epson L380 printer.

The Epson L380 printer has a feature called "Waste Ink Pad" that collects the waste ink during the printing process. Over time, this pad gets full, and you will start seeing an error message that says, "The printer's ink pads are at the end of their service life."

To fix this issue, you will need to reset the printer using a resetter tool. This tool will reset the printer's "Waste Ink Pad" counter, which will clear the error message and allow you to continue using the printer.

You can find various resetter tools for the Epson L380 printer by doing a quick search on the internet. However, please be cautious when downloading third-party software from the internet, as it may contain malware or viruses.

It's also important to note that using a resetter tool may void your printer's warranty, so please use it at your own risk.
